As PORAC's President since 2018, I’ve delivered historic victories, strengthening our organization inside and out while fiercely defending peace officers’ rights.

 

I led the fight against Assembly Bill 931 and AB 392, protecting the Graham v. Connor standard for use of force against a powerful anti-police and legislative push. By building coalitions, we secured results.

The addition of 17,000+ members and 30+ associations during my 8 years as president speaks to the growth of PORAC's influence. I’ve battled external threats and internal challenges, keeping PORAC a united, powerful voice for law enforcement in California and beyond.

 

As your President, I’ll will continue to drive bold progress, safeguard your rights, and strengthen PORAC—loyal to our members, never for sale to outside interests.
